My mission is to provide a dependable online space for mindfulness practice for anyone wanting to live from a place of greater inspiration, connection, and trust.
My approach is trauma-informed and flexible and aims to create a nurturing space where you can engage with mindfulness practice in a deep and uplifting way.
About
Mindfulness and meditation have had a transformative impact on my own life and I’m so honored to be able to share this practice with others.
Before I began a regular practice, I was completely dependent on external circumstances to make me happy.
Meditation gave me a home to come back to in myself. After a lifetime of turning outward, I was finally able to look within and recognize that what I’m seeking is already here.
I’d love to support you in relating to yourself in a kind, grounded & benevolent way. I’m dedicated to helping everyone I can live from a place of greater ease and satisfaction, through the power of mindfulness.

You’re invited! I offer ongoing guided mindfulness sessions to support you in feeling more grounded, connected, and emotionally available toward yourself and others.
These are group sessions held over Zoom and include a 20-minute practice with time for reflections afterward.
