Through taking this dedicated time for yourself, you will begin let go of habits and patterns that no longer serve you. The journey of self-discovery and trust is a courageous one. As we become more connected to our inherent goodness and dignity, we feel more worthy, whole, and complete. We feel a sense of agency. We are better able to express ourselves to ourselves, in our relationships, and in our art and creativity. We become more comfortable with the unknown and the future doesn’t have to be as much of a source of stress and anxiety. I include my training across disciplines to offer you a robust experience and introduction to practices that are designed to serve you beyond the length of the program. As a lifelong actor I deeply value cultivating presence and holding space for authentic and creative expression.

This program will increase your awareness and emotional intelligence. By tuning into the present moment, we deepen our relationship with the body, breath, thoughts, emotions, and our personal experience. From there, we expand and cultivate compassion for ourselves, others, and even situations. This place of grounding and connection serves as a stepping stone for you to tune into your intuition and discover the aligned action you feel called to take to create a more fulfilling life.

Cultivating inner wisdom, knowing, and living with intention serves to increase your trust and expand your capacity for inner freedom no matter what gets thrown your way. All of this is designed to support you in letting go so you can release the overwhelm and enjoy life’s journey.

Personalized 1:1 sessions

12 60-minute sessions held virtually over Zoom. Take protected time to connect and transform your relationship with yourself, consider your goals and celebrate your wins from an intentional place. These sessions include meditation, nervous system regulation, breathing, and gentle movement.

Weekly meditation audio recording

Deepen your practice and fold it into your daily life.

Develop an inner dialogue that is more kind and understanding and begin to hold your experiences more lightly by adopting a regular meditation practice.

Journaling Workbook

Develop a gratitude practice and reflect for further self-growth and inspired action. Feel more whole, worthy and complete as you continue to move in the direction of your dreams.

Email/text support

Receive accountability and support for any questions or reflections that come up along the way.

Take the guessing game out of self-care and receive support for whatever arises.

In this 12-session 1:1 Mindfulness Mentorship Program,

we’ll move from distraction to connection, through the transformative power of mindfulness.

Key 1:
Uncover

Mindfulness invites us to meet ourselves as we are. By moving through the foundational teachings of mindfulness, we will cultivate greater presence and awareness. We will tune into our bodies, feelings, and environment to uncover what has been there all along. This opens up our perspective which creates greater expansion and trust in ourselves and our experience.

As Pema Chödrön says, “You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather.”

Key 2:
Understand

Compassion is our ticket to deeper connection towards ourselves and others.

Many of us have learned to motivate through judgment and criticism, but these strategies are not the most helpful. We’re more likely to feel inspired and creative and to reach our full potential by creating the resource of safety and understanding within ourselves. Compassion for self and others is a way of opening our hearts and expanding our capacity to be with difficult circumstances, as well as pleasant and joyful ones.

Key 3:
Untether

Letting go of what no longer serves is the first step to taking inspired action. By recognizing areas, beliefs, and ways of being we want to let go of, we create the opportunity for new inspiration to take root. From this renewed and refreshed place, we align deeply with our values and discover our intention and what we’d like to create in our lives.

The foundation of mindfulness and compassion encourages us to take action with presence, trust, and connection to our truest desires. Being an active participant in life means not succumbing to circumstances, need for approval, or what we feel we “should” be doing. By approaching life with more flexibility, acceptance, and joy we cultivate greater ease and connection. This is the courageous journey of showing up authentically and living with integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time do I need to commit?

In addition to our 1:1 sessions, you are encouraged to use this as an opportunity to develop a daily practice if you don’t already have one, which could start with as little as 5 minutes a day. As we progress with different practices, I would allot 20-30 minutes a day (5-7 days a week) for practice.

How do I know this program is for me?
